Announcement : Student Societies and Clubs’ Affiliation to the University via OSA / Faculty / Department / Programme Office
As a follow up to the CUSU’s statement on 7 October 2021, the University has announced that the OSA will temporary responsible for handling student societies and clubs with a view to sustaining the operation of student bodies concerned. Financial claims for budgeted items as approved by the CUSU Council for the current financial year (March 2021 to February 2022) will also be submitted to Finance Office via OSA.
After meetings with different student groups in the past two weeks, an online form is prepared for societies and clubs to let OSA know the initial thought regarding the societies’ planned way forward.

To facilitate your better understanding of the administrative procedures concerned, a briefing on the operation of the new affiliation system, including information on annual submission, amendment of constitution, formation of new societies etc., will be arranged in due course.
