Through a series of workshops / activities, Student Leader Training Scheme (SLTS), a free training scheme, organized by Student Development and Resources Section of the Office of Student Affairs will provide you a breathe of experience, knowledge and skills to:

(S) Self-care - Start to feel better about yourself : Learn to listen to the inner voice of yourself, understand your character and the real needs of your heart;

(L) Active Listening - Learn to become more caring : Develop a responsible and caring attitude, master the key of communication with others, strengthen empathy, and improve interpersonal skills

(T)Team Building - Train to improve teamwork : Understand team role and enhance team spirit and leadership skills

(S) Skills Acquiring - Solve problems with proper skills : Strengthen skills on leading changes, public speaking and video production

The SLTS scheme consists of two parts:

Part 1 - twelve workshops / activities under four modules  -  Deadline: 13 January 2020 (Monday)

Part 2 - Subsidy of tailor-made team building/team challenge activities for committee members of CUHK student bodies - Deadline: 28 February 2020 (Friday)
